  Worst experience ever! Have dealt in customer service for many years and within mechanical too. The boss "Jack" has no customer service at all. Couldn't have been moodier. Have been to these guys before and he was calling me "love" but not this time. He was pretending to be "cool" in front of another customer in front of me. Very chauvinistic and spoke down to me. Required 2 x new tyres. Was quoted one price and upon speaking this to Jack he got all huffy saying that was not true and could not have been quoted that. Even if it was a mistake..he dealt with this terribly! Hubby then called to ask about issues with us personally after car went in, as he felt the same, when he called in to pay prior to having tyres fitted. Jack got all cocky with him so we pulled the pin and didn't go ahead. Hubby collected the car and Jacks lovely wife spoke with him while he hid out the back.Not a great representative for Bridgestone! We have taken our business elsewhere and will not recommend this place!
